 USAID, Walmart and Instituto Aliança celebrate Com.Domínio Digital youth

The initiative is designed to capacitate young people for the job market 
As a result of the partnership between USAID/Brasil, Walmart and Instituto Alianca, seventy eight certificates of completion of the Project Com.Domínio Digital course were earned by young people

RECIFE – On February 9th, young people from the Community Bomba do Hemetério and Loja da Comunidade Todos Afogados celebrated their completion of the Com.Domínio Digital Project course.

As a result of the partnership between USAID/Brasil, Walmart and Instituto Alianca, seventy eight certificates of completion of the Project Com.Domínio Digital course were earned by young people from the community of Bomba do Hemetério and thirty other certificates were earned by the young people of Loja da Comunidade dos Afogados.

The UECE Principal, Antônio Gomes, and the Integral Program Adviser of the Education Department, Zoracy War, joined the event and spoke to the young people about the importance of this certification.

An internal survey conducted by the program, showed that 61% of the young people who participated in the program in Afogados entered into the job market over the last year.
