Bank of America (BofA) has an open selection for its Trainee Black Talent Career program, focusing on young black people who have recently graduated or who will complete their graduation in one year and seek placement in the financial market. The program lasts 18 months, starting in July this year, and includes mentoring, English language development and experiences in several areas of the bank.
The vacancies will be for the bank’s office in São Paulo and the objective of the selection process, according to BofA, is to capture talents who can fill leadership vacancies in the medium term.
The selected trainees are hired as employees entitled to the same benefits as other bank employees. The objective is to absorb those approved for positions in one of BofA’s business areas after the end of the trainee.
