From a governance standpoint, Grupo +Unidos is structured on three instances (Consultative Board, Management Committee and Executive Nucleus), each with distinctive responsibilities and functions.

CONSULTATIVE BOARD

Formed by CEOs and the presidents of member companies, along with the American Ambassador in Brazil, the Consultative Board is responsible for establishing strategies and priority actions, and institutional policies of Grupo +Unidos. Aside from that, the board oversees, controls and guides the operations establishing and approving the group´s policies and regulations.

MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

Formed by executives of member companies (those with voting rights), the Management Committee is responsible for selecting and approving projects that might receive resources, as well as the amount to be invested. Aside from that, the committee also determines the strategies for acquiring resources to achieve the Group´s objectives.

EXECUTIVE NUCLEUS

Led by the Executive Director, the nucleus gathers the collaborators and service providers responsible for fulfilling administrative services, general management of all the projects and programmes, as well as monitoring and reporting.
